It is encouraged that you stay at the castle during the weekend especially if you are travelling from far. there are multiple events during the weekend and we'd love for you to attend as much as possible! You are welcome to book alternative accommodations, but if you do choose to stay at the venue you must book for both Friday & Saturday night
If you RSVP, you are expected to attend the afterparty at minimum. If you do not wish to attend the welcome dinner, ceremony/reception, or the farewell breakfast please indicate that on your RSVP form. If you are an overnight guest, you will be expected to attend the ceremony/reception.
The castle does allow guests to book rooms as a regular BNB guest prior to the night of Friday or after the end of the celebrations on Sunday*. If you are interested in staying at the castle before or after the wedding weekend, you must do so with the castle directly. We can help facilitate! If you are an overnight guest of the wedding and want to stay in your room before or after our booking, you must book your rooms with the grooms before contacting the venue.
Please plan to attend with only those indicated on the invite. Families will receive one invitation for their group and are asked to rsvp for each member of their, with names, attending on the RSVP form. Children are allowed but note that no additional arrangements are available for them - aside from children's menu options at meals.
mind that the grooms have booked a photographer, and their will be many moving parts throughout the day. Please ensure any kids attending are respectful of the grooms' wedding.
We understand that for many guests, travelling to another country and taking time off work is a lot to ask. Your attendance is more important to us than a gift - so feel free to simply give us the gift of your presence. If you still feel the need to give us a token of congratulations, we do have a registry and some support funds here. Anything you are willing to contribute is humbly appreciated.
