We look forward to spending our wedding weekend celebrating with everyone and strongly encourage guests to stay with us at the venue* (especially if you are travelling in from outside of Wales).

All Bookings Will be Organized Through the Grooms - not the Venue!

There are ensuite double rooms in the castle available

for £75/$100 Per Person Per Night

There are also a limited number of budget-friendly hostel-style rooms which have a communal bathroom

for £35/$50 Per Person Per Night*

Some Family Rooms are available that accommodate 4-8 guests, if interested indicate on your RSVP form to the grooms

*Guests booking accommodation at the venue must book for both nights

Meals

All meals during the weekend are included at no cost to those who RSVP’d for them.

Breakfast Buffet (Mornings of Saturday and Sunday)

Full Cooked English Breakfast Buffet (eggs, sausages, bacon, hash browns, beans, toast, veg, etc.)

Welcome Dinner Friday Night

3-course meal in the Function Room (starter, main, dessert) selected from the castle's Evening Dinner menu.

This changes daily with local and seasonal ingredients - indicate any allergies or dietary restrictions on your RSVP form.

Reception Banquet | Saturday

Starter:

Smoked Duck Breast sliced and served with Parisienne of Sorbet, drizzled with an orange and lime gel
Creamy Potato Leek Soup Served with Bread

Mains:

Rump of Welsh Lamb roasted with rosemary and garlic, served with red wine jus
Welsh Filet of Beef char grilled and topped with garlic King Prawns on a bed of fresh asparagus and drizzled with a sweet thyme jus
Crunchy Roast Vegetable medley on a bed of creamy thick butternut squash and topped with a spicy pastry crust - All served with a medley of seasonal vegetables

Dessert:

Profiteroles topped with a thick salted Caramel Sauce served with mini macaroons
Poached Pear in thyme and honey topped with a Chocolate Ganache and finished with crispy homemade honeycomb

After Party Buffet Saturday Night

Indian Curry Buffet with a selection of curries (chicken or cauliflower) and rice dishes served with a selection of Poppadoms,

Naan breads, chutneys, Bhajis and Samosas, and potato wedges.
